3 Best Bowling performances by Jasprit Bumrah at WTC

Discussions have already started for the final match of the World Test Championship (WTC) to be played next month.

There is bound to be discussion as this final match is nothing short of a limited-overs World Cup final.

For many players, this test championship is as important as the World Cup for players playing limited overs cricket. The final will be played from 18 to 22 June at the Rose Bowl in Southampton.

In this match, the teams of India (Indian Cricket Team) and New Zealand Cricket Team will face each other. Both teams have performed brilliantly and both teams will try to give their best in the final.

If we talk about the Indian team, then this team has played well in front of every one of their opponents and in the last few series, they dominated the opponents and won.

India's bowling was very good in this tournament and the team's fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has played a very important role.

In this article, we are going to mention the 3 best performances in this tournament of Bumrah.

Best Bowling Performances by Jaspreet Bumrah

3. 4/56 vs Australia, 2020

Taking advantage of Melbourne's pitch in the second Test match on the tour of Australia last year, Jasprit Bumrah created a lot of problems for the Australian batsmen.

Bumrah received the first blow to Australia as he first batted. He then made the middle-order batsman Travis Head his victim.

In the end, Bumrah stopped Australia's innings at the score of 195 by walking Stark and Lyon. Bumrah, bowling 16 overs in this innings, spent 56 runs and took 4 wickets.

2. 5/7 vs West Indies, 2019

The challenge of a good performance in front of Bumrah on the slow pitches there in his first Test match on the West Indies tour.

Although Bumrah did not prove to be effective in the first innings, he demolished the West Indies batting order, putting on a great spell in the second innings.

1. 6/27 vs West Indies, 2019

After a great performance in the first Test, Bumrah left no stone unturned to take the wickets of the West Indies batsmen in the second Test as well.

India got more than 400 runs in the first innings and West Indies' first innings was reduced to just 117 runs.

Bumrah piled the opposition batsmen in front of his brilliant bowling and showed the path of the pavilion to 6 batsmen for 27 runs.
