 Xiaomi has presented this Tuesday its new series of Xiaomi 12T smartphones, which brings together the company's commitment to performance and innovation, with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chip and a 200-megapixel camera in the case of the Pro model.

The arrival of the new Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro is "one of the most important launches of the year" for the company, despite the fact that it is not a number series of the Chinese brand. This innovation seeks to meet the expectations that users place on devices over 500 euros, where the camera, design and battery are the main features that motivate the purchase of a new terminal.

In the case of new high-end devices, Xiaomi 12T Pro incorporates a 200-megapixel camera (Samsung's ISOCELL HP1), a feature that you know draws attention from your experience with the 108-megapixel one on the Redmi Note 10 Pro. It will also employ a large 1/1.22″ sensor.


Along with this lens, a wide angle of 85 degrees, the company has provided the Xiaomi 12T Pro camera with an ultra wide angle of 8 megapixels (120ยบ) and a macro of 2 megapixels, while in the front camera it bets on a lens 20 megapixels with a field of view of 78 degrees.

The battery has support for 120W fast charging, which charges 40 percent of the battery in five minutes; in ten, 65 percent; and in 19 minutes he fills it completely. The company has highlighted that it supports about 800 cycles (about two years of use) before starting to show degradation.

The two smartphones also coincide on the screen, 6.67 inches. The company has opted for an AMOLED panel, which it has called Crystal Clear, which offers Full HD++ resolution (1220 pixels), 120 Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling.

Both Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro have Android 13 installed, they present the fingerprint reader on the screen and for sound, they are compatible with Dolby Atmos technology.

In Europe they will go on sale on October 13, but the company will accompany the launch of these new smartphones with two pre-sale offers, until October 12.
